1-3 years of experience in software submissions, digital metadata requirements and/or certification/QA
A good grasp of the Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Ability to approach all tasks with attention to detail even under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Experience with JIRA databases and Windows SharePoint is a plus
Experience working in a Project Management structure is also a plus

coordinate release plans and schedules and assist our teams with the delivery of all required product metadata and assets in order to meet release dates in accordance with the overall franchise plan
assist Digital Publishing managers with First Parties requirements in all commercial and operational requirements
review and request updates for weekly status reports pertaining to global publishing teams
maintain a general level of understanding of all internal digital publishing requirements relating to platform(s)

Given the time zone differences, you will be required to periodically handle the night shift. The night shift lasts from 17:30 to 01:00. Based on a rotation established with your team manager, you will alternate with the day shift: 11:00 – 20:00.
