WHAT WILL I BE DOING?



In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing and coordinating recruitment of open roles, both internally and externally, for the specific European locations;
Posting of roles, direct sourcing, screening of applicants, scheduling of interviews, in partnership with hiring manager;
Developing strong talent pipelines to support senior and specialist hiring through direct search including LinkedIn;
Supporting the Centre of Excellence (COE) and the Global Business Services generalist team in the upskilling and coaching of managers on talent acquisition topics.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?



Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field;
Experienced working knowledge of talent acquisition philosophy and principles;
English, Spanish and Italian languages proficiency;
Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player;
Experience working in talent acquisition space, including direct sourcing experience;
Strong customer focus;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred:



Experience of social media platforms;
Experience of LinkedIn Recruiter;
Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company;
Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment.
