We are looking for a QA Lead for one of our client who is building a new type of social mobile game, of AAA-type quality, to motivate people to stay active and live better.

And they're planning for a smashing success!

So we're looking for a QA Lead confident in his/her ability to manage the QA department and ensure the quality and stability for a mobile app.

Responsibilities

Lead, recruit and manage a team of 10 towards individual and team excellence
Be accountable for the quality of all work and relationships on their team
Drive test development, estimation, planning, execution, reporting, and closure
Keep update our internal Checklist and Test Cases updated
Create, monitor, and control metrics impacting product and team quality
Analyze product quality and usability
Other duties as assigned

A minimum of 1 years in leading a test team
A minimum of 1 years in management
Experience with black box test methods
Demonstrated experience in test planning for complex features / systems
Passion for video games and software quality
