Degree in Accounting (Bac +3) is mandatory and minimum 3 years experience;
Good level of English (spoken/written) is mandatory, French is a plus;
Good level of Excel is mandatory and experience with Oracle a plus;
The candidate should be available, flexible, proactive and rigorous;
Ability to liaise with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing process including fixed asset ledger, accrual preparation, prepayment booking, cash reconciliation, foreign currency adjustment;
Responsible for a range of balance sheet account reconciliations;
Processing and Control of all third party and inter company suppliers, do ad hoc bookkepping if required and Inter-Company monthly and quaterly reconciliation;
Support B2B billing cycle: generation of the invoices, review of the revenue entries and communication to the supplier;
Request cash funding and manage the cash balance;
Prepare the cash report and cash forecast, as well as any request from corporate;
Support financial reporting in monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting;
In coordination with the finance manager, improve and develop the Oracle Software;
Ad Hoc Assignments as requested by the Finance Manager.
