    Job role

    To support our global workplace transformation programme we are looking for an AVC Migration Manager. In this role you will manage the migration of Allianz locations in Europe for the Allianz Virtual Client programme. This involves planning and managing and coordinating the implementation the AVC service in partnership with 3rd party service providers and Allianz entities across Europe.

    Requirements

    o University degree
    o +8 year in IT project management (as a project manager or rollout manager)
    o PMI or Prince2 certification
    o ITIL knowledge
    o Good technical understanding
    o Experience in stakeholder management
    o Fluent in English and experience in highly international environment

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    o Own the Rollout and migration plans for Allianz entities
    o Steer/manage the rollout activities jointly with the clients and various stakeholder
    o Participate in key stakeholder and supplier meetings and workshops based in Munich for the purposes of evaluating and selecting a preferred service provider for the program
    o Liaise with Munich-based staff to develop and agree detailed project and site plans, dependencies and reporting functions for the implementation phase
    o Work with other work streams based in Munich to resolve the open topics related to the ongoing migrations and ensure lessons learned are applied to next phase of work
    o Agree ways of working for resolving risks and issues and agreeing mitigations for the team working remotely in India
    o Develop resource plans to support workloads for several concurrent migration projects and manage balance between off-shore and on-shore staff
    o Actively participate in driving migrations once go-live is ready
    o Develop ramp-down management plans for post-migration phase
    o Willingness to travel
