    We are looking for a colleague to join our Transfer Princig team:

    • With 3 – 5 years of experience in the transfer pricing advisory area
    • Good knowledge of Romanian transfer pricing legislation and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
    • Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas
    • Experience in managing team projects
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English (French/ German are an advantage)
    • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel)

    with the folloewing professional skills:

    • Capacity to solve complex issues in a pragmatic manner
    • Autonomous and business-oriented
    • Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable

    What his/her role with be:

    • Provide transfer pricing consultancy services to clients operating in various industries
    • To manage a group of tax consultants
    • To meet client expectations and manage relationships
    • To network with a broader set of individuals at the client with an eye to expanding the relationship
    • To manage several assignments/engagements
    • To provide advisory and consultancy services to clients
    • To ensure the compliance and that the client meets all requirements
    • To assists senior managers with project planning & scoping, identifying resourcing needs
    • To assist Managers and Partners in business development
    • To propose writings for additional sales
    • To assist in developing and implementing tax planning services
    • To support the teams in delivering quality advice to the client and pursue new business opportunities
    • To manage consulting assignments staffed by Associates, Analysts & client-teams
    • To train junior staff
