Web Analytics Support Responsible
The job responsibilities include:
Analyze and offer solutions to all country support requests regarding Web Analytics and Tag management tools.
Synthesize data and information, and collaborate with level 2 and analytics experts and internal stakeholders to help solve issues, shape key metrics and strategic initiatives
Follow the solving process in order to insure the respect of SLA
Organize and deploy tests and data assessments in order to insure the data quality
Update and enrich the document and FAQ library by regularly document usage cases and solutions offered.
Implement tracking audit for country websites in order to insure tracking quality and to identify and communicate country best practices
Participate to the definition of the tracking strategy as well as insuring the proper deployment
Identify and propose improvement actions in order to maintain a culture of test-and-learn, and unlock advanced features
In-depth understanding of website metrics and KPIs, including detailed knowledge of Google Analytics, and other web analytics packages.
At least 2 years’ experience working with Analytics and Tag Management Tools
Experience in managing tracking programs
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient knowledge and use of both French and English.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
Good command of tools like Google Analytics/Google Tag manager
Autonomous in his/hers daily activity and rigorous handling of tasks.
Able to collaborate with international stakeholders.
Good verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to convey statistics concepts and analysis results to non-experts
Knowledge of Content Square and Data Quality tool could be a plus
