The DB Schenker Global Services Europe will be one of the largest in-house Shared Service Centers in Bucharest providing world class services in accounting, namely Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and General Ledger, to almost all countries in Europe.
Candidate must prove advanced knowledge of VBA development for MS Excel / MS Access (Mandatory)

Understanding of tools and technologies
Excellent English language skills
Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module (Nice to have)
Understanding of basic accounting principles (Nice to have)
Experience in BPO/ SSC environment, especially in Accounts Payables (Nice to have)
Development of VBA Excel / Access tools for Accounts Payables department
Perform AP process reviews to identify and drive implementation of improvement ideas – working closely with Roll In Manager and other AP stakeholders (Cluster managers, Accountants)
Regular maintenance and updating of existing and future automation tools
Change management / communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of automation solutions
