    Fluent in English / Dutch / French (any other is an added value)

    Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering (industrial equipment diesel engines)

    Knowledge of procedures related to logistics

    Knowledge of SAP (mandatory), MS office – knowledge of NABS/BPCS is an assets KEY


    Minimum/Essential: Commercial or Engineering degree or equal through experience

    Desirable: Marketing education


    Minimum/Essential: 4+ years in a commercial environment

    Desirable: 4 years in sales function



    User of appropriate procedures and programs to facilitate an effective resolution of a specialized customer care needs. “Inside Sales rep.” is the Off-Highways/HD “Inside Sales managers” & Regional sales managers commercial-operative support (quote, process, identify parts, after-sale services & tool usage) with direct customer & prospects.


    Act as part of the Off-Hwy/HD EMEA organization (Voice from & voice to the customers)

    Direct and/or indirect coordination of daily operations with inside & outside departments, customers, internal suppliers as and when required.

    Administer the order entry process and direct shipment

    Coordinate & follow-up with suppliers, goods receipt & supplier invoice validation

    Maintenance on Customer Care peer-2-peer relations (pointing, review, setup, tracking)

    Deliver a high standard Inside sales calls incl. customer service

    Proactive & reactive communication with customers & prospects (verbal, non verbal, electronic)

    Problem solver on customer issues (commercial & technical–commercial)

    Multiple operation systems usage capability to supply best input possible

    Establish and maintain effective communication channels (internal and external), for receipt and transmittal of information, requirements and priorities

    Review sales performance versus plan and report progress to Inside Sales Manager

    Ensure periodic reporting is provided accordingly

    Actively involved with sales promotions and customer focused activities, as and when required

    Attend carrier meetings and be involved in the tendering process ensuring contractual service levels are met

    Monitor BW reports to assess month on month growth

    Usage of TecCom, where needed

    Attendance at management meetings when required, to update and provide relevant input to Inside Sales (incl. Customer service) activities

    Ensure that company policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly to minimize any risk of potential claims of unfair treatment

    Maintain records and any necessary/required documentation in relation to the “Inside Sales” operation, ensuring Data Protection Legislation is adhered to at all times

    Focus on & follow that the company goals and objectives are being achieved

    Communicate to internal/external customers/suppliers to ensure that each other’s needs are recognized

    Adhere to all applicable Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures

    Adherence to company policies, procedures and cores values

    Ensure production of timely and accurate records as and when required

    Actively seek to keep informed of any changes and will proactively share information and ideas with colleagues where appropriate

    Checking supplier invoices (. 3rd party internal supplies) in frame of “Inside Sales manager” guidance

    Deal with carriers (for ex EMEA DC & 3rd party direct shipment)

    Follow changes to policy given by “Inside sales manager”

    Communicate customer or business issues to Inside sales manager to determine needs of submitting ISWR Customer Survey


    Internal: All departments at all levels – Off-HWY regional sales & pull team as primary

    External: Customers, prospects, banks, agents, forwarders and others when required
