• Creates the strategy for client CRM program and implements the action plan
• Provide regular reports on KPIs and all CRM statistics
• Implement research policy. Database segmentation, clients profiling
• Provides regular competition reports
• Creates the strategy and development plan for client website
• Performs the monthly updates (novelties, what’s new sections, blog section etc) with the support of Communication department
• Develop closed-circuit sales program
• Strategy and implementation of the online trade plan with our suppliers (Newsletters, animation packages for e-commerce)
• Monthly listings of novelties
• Assures that all brands are listed in a proper way on each website
• Competitors reports
• Monitors grey market activities
