- Graduate in Social Sciences - Psychology, Social Services, Sociology (is considered a plus)
- Initiative and proactive attitude;
- Eager and ready with a lot of ideas that you need to translate into a practical job;
- Out-of-the-box thinking;
- Great communication skills in Romanian and English;
- Motivation for a career in HR field is a must.

- You will be the young padawan in the ways of HR & Recruitment;
- In charge of maintaining the employee database up to date;
- Maintaining good relations with candidates and various stakeholders involved in hiring process;
- Editing and filling up a whole range of HR documents and files;
- Follow-up and monitor of different HR tasks;
- Daily activities will include smiling, well being, being nice and fun.
