IT and CRM Support Specialist

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

The Job Holder is accountable for developing and improving the communication with the customers of the online store in order to raise their loyalty by offering quality service:

- Analyzing and debugging of the written code and continuous optimization for CRM
- Managing and optimizing of the information flows in partnership with the teams in each business unit
- Leading the communication between training and the call center teams with development teams
- Customizing the CRM platform according with the optimized information feeds
- Training for Call Center agents on information flows and CRM functions
- Training of the business units’ teams who are responsible for solving incidents
- Communicating with programmers' agencies that implement interfacing with the legacy systems

- Bachelor's degree in IT area
- Two years of experience working in a similar role
- JavaScript programming skills
- Prior CRM integration with Oracle is a plus
- Good English skills
- Good communication skills
