Are you ready for a hands-on experience? As a trainee at Team Extension Romania you’ll be involved in the development of functional and performance enhancements for our existing products. Yes, you heard it right, real projects! Not to mention that you’ll be coached by our lead software developers.

This is a trainee position. Incumbents will be engaged in trainee duties that may lead to the full performance level of a Programmer
The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to identify the best approach to take from a software development standpoint and build on ideas.
Assist the programming team in the performance of their duties while under the guidance and direction of senior team members. These activities are to transfer programming skills and develop independent task capabilities with the highest level of quality and integrity.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
• Continuous professional development - Take classes – complete self study.
• Perform research and develop proposed solutions to issues encountered.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner while providing quality solutions and documentation.

Schedule: 8h/day, 5 days/week.Flexible schedule also available.
