1.Analyse and evaluate information gathered from multiple sources;
2.Collect business requirements using meetings and interviews with business units, requirements document analysis, requirements workshops, use cases, scenarios;
3.Translate business requirements in functional specifications;
4.Consult the IT functional team experts to determine all possible technical solutions, to analyze the exchanges between use needs and performance and align the impact with other functional areas;
5.Consult IT functional teams managers and subject matter experts for evaluation of potential planning and costs according with resources availability;
6.Monitor implementation process in order to assure delivering promised solutions on time, on budget and on scope;
7.Provide functional expertise and interface to the business units and Quality Assurance;
8.Tester during testing phases;
9.Validate the User Acceptance Tests results conform to the business requirements.
