REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge of engineering standards, legislation and construction delivery process;
2. Previous experience or relevant experience in real estate domain and project management;
3. Knowledge of facility, financial and risk management;
4. Ability to use all the PC applications, software, and IT technology;
5. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
6. Strong analytical and statistical skills;
7. Costumer focused and attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Establish and exceed strategic and performance goals. Set and meet annual project goals including client deliverables, financial performance and efficient use of all direct reports;
2. Contribute to the budget planning process. Ensure the team’s actions are consistent with organizational values, strategic plan, policies, practices and procedures. Manage costs and allocate resources;
3. Ensure client satisfaction, commitment and growth. Develop strategies to build new business relationships and grow existing ones;
4. Maintain ongoing client communication. Conduct project reviews and undertake issue resolution.
5. Be a team player. Partner up with others to deliver superior results through communicating and coordinating with others focused on a common goal.
6. Provide strategic direction, policy development and interpretation, on-going direction, control, counseling of employees at all levels;
7. Responsible for estimating the cost of the projects, getting all the necessary internal and external approvals, meeting the budget and schedule commitments;
8. Delivery of facilities projects, including preparation of statement of requirements, all architectural and design engineering activity, managing the construction delivery process;
9. Builds cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiations skills and considerable are required to gain support;
10. Collaborate with other corporate functions ensuring real estate processes are aligned and followed;
