Test Automation Team Leader

The Bucharest Office is one of AG’s IT Centers that offers support for the Corporation Teams in the Data warehouse, System Engineering, QA Automation Engineering, Web & Mobile Development arias.

We are a young, ambitious and dynamic team, growing together with the company through high trainings offered by our specialists in a variety of technologies across all platforms.

Technical Experience:

5+ years’ software engineering experience (test automation, functional testing, and software development) including 1-2 years in a lead role;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Familiarity with open source test automation frameworks and/or commercial tools, test management systems;
Ability to utilize programming languages Java, Python
Use of bug tracking tools (Bugzilla, Jira).
Able to write SQL queries (analyze/validate data) and Views / Stored Procedures.
Understanding of XML, HTML.
Experience in using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Test automation team leading, managing a team of 5+ people;
Participation in project coordination, delivery, and supervision from test automation perspective;
Participation in new projects kick-off, test automation competency growth, meetings for strategic development of QA Automation team in Bucharest.
