    1 – 2 years of related billing experience
    Excellent computer skills including the ability to learn new computer software
    Ability to handle high volume with high attention to detail
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task required
    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

    Hours worked: 3:30 EEST – 12 midnight EEST


    Review order accuracy, validate data provided by Operations, invoice note creation and order fulfillment
    Adhere to specific customer billing needs
    Meet department-standard metrics while maintaining high quality performance
    Assist with adjustments for billings
    Review client approval in third party billing system
    Perform timely execution of month end closing procedures
    Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure quality customer service is provided
    Evaluate and update billing systems, processes and procedures

    The A/R Billing Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing for a variety of media services, including in-store music, Messaging, visual displays, scent, and drive through. High attention to detail is a must in reviewing services provided and extended warranties for many of the largest brand names in the nation.
