    -Native or near native language proficiency in Dutch/Finnish/Swedish
    -Good command of English language

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities

    -Operates the entire electronic services destined to the customers - takes over and initiates calls and emails, operates in the data basis.
    -Provides information via telephone, e-mail or chat, gives support, treats claims according to work procedures and instructions.
    -Registers each call, email and chat taken over or initiated in the data basis, according to work procedures.
    -Participates in the improvement of quantitative and qualitative parameters of customer service.
    -Promotes the company's image through attitude, knowledge, customer orientation and availability towards customer needs.
    -Gives support to less experienced colleagues and demonstrates team spirit.
    -Is trained in and assimilates the modifications intervened in the company's procedures and services.
    -Asks for support from the supervisor or the coach for solving the difficult emails.
    -Is aware of and respects the provisions of the Internal Regulations and the work procedures in the company.
    -Is aware of and respects the company regulations with regards to Data Protection and Security Standards.

    Working hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 18:30 Romanian time
