Junior Events Specialist (Admin)

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The Junior Events Specialist works on opportunity matching systems process (OMS) in order to:

Collaborate with all events owners from WW, Europe and MEA to maintain and update the European pre-coding process

Update on a daily basis the pre-coding tracker available in the European community with a pre-coding status for each event

Review and update in CRM the opportunities involved in a specific event and report their status to stakeholders

Aas an interface between technical teams and event owners if opportunities updated fail to report under a specific event

Keep informed of all updates on the algorithm that calculates the revenue returned by marketing tactics

Adheres to the marketing process, business controls and demonstrates proper application of the marketing tools

Maintain flexibility to respond to business stresses and gaps while keeping program execution on course.
