Business Analyst Support - External Staff Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work on an international team whose mission is to offer advice for the business. We are seeking an individual with a dynamic personality and business talents to become a member of our team.   

Responsibilities:


- Supports the local Leadership Team by providing insight into the data, and drives energetic, creative, and collaborative discussions on areas of opportunities to improve the performance.  

- Interfaces with the MSF regional sales individuals, the MSF regional leadership, and colleagues owning tools and data within MSF Corporate.

- Supports the local organization with sales data queries.


Qualifications:


- At least 2 years’ experience working in a financing organization, or an accountancy background

- Comfortable working under pressure in time-critical periods of the year

- Data-oriented, very comfortable using software tools (e.g. BI, Excel, and financing calculator)

- Good relationship builder  

- Languages: English fluency, one other European language a plus

- Understanding of industry business metrics, financial analytics and proficiency with financial calculations.  

- Ability to manage meaningful key performance indicators. Familiarity with accounting reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Expertise in strategic sales planning and operations management including supporting IT systems.
