    Requirements

    Profilul persoanei care va ocupa postul:
    - Experienta de munca: 1 an in pozitie similara, sau cu interactiune pe domeniu

    Abilitati & Competente:
    - comunicativa
    - persoana foarte bine organizata
    - calma, cu interes pentru detalii, pentru a verifica date
    - lucru cu cifre sau numere, date numerice
    - cunostinte minime de managementul stocului
    - cunostinte minime de contabilitate primara
    - atitudine pozitiva

    Cunostinte PC:
    - Excel-avansat
    - Word, PowerPoint-nivel mediu
    - SAP-avantaj

    Responsibilities

    Scopul pozitiei de Administrator depozit este acela de a monitoriza permanent stocul din Depozitul Central si de a gestiona livrarile.

    Pozitia presupune lucrul in trei schimburi.

    MANAGEMENTUL STOCURILOR
    1. Realizeaza managementul stocurilor (orice miscare de marfa) si verifica documentele legate de stocuri.
    2. Verifica si monitorizeaza continuu stocurile din depozit;
    3. Raporteaza diferentele de inventar superiorului direct;

    MANAGEMENTUL LIVRARILOR SI DOCUMENTE SPECIALE
    1. Monitorizeaza statusul livrarilor in functie de programul de transport; In caz de intarziere, contacteaza echipa Order Support
    2. Monitorizeaza confirmarea bonului de pregatire comanda si corecteaza eventualele erori
    3. Genereaza, printeaza si distribuie documentele de livrare (facturi, chitante si avize de expeditie);
    4. Verifica, genereaza si printeaza documentele specifice miscarilor speciale
