    Requirements


    •At least 1 year experience in working with SharePoint
    •Understanding of Process Mapping/ Documentation
    •Business Analyst experience nice to have
    •Knowledge of SP server/farm management , PowerShell, Active Directory
    •Knowledge of SQL databases
    •SharePoint back-up and recovery solutions ;
    •Must speak & understand English fluently;
    •Previous experience in Information Technology or related area represents an advantage
    •Basic technical understanding (Router, LAN, WAN);
    •Experience in working in an international environment;
    •MS Office package knowledge
    •Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Computer Science or related field
    •Availability for travel approximately 25% of time

    Responsibilities

    •Understand business requirements & translate them into Automation activities/ system requirements in Sharepoint
    •Create & maintain sites, sub-sites, list
    •Custom branding for content management(layout, structure)
    •Create & maintain Sharepoint or Nintex workflows
    •Create reporting views
    •Junior Java script/ html
    •Maintain proper administration rights
    •User permission level management
    •Integrate Outlook e-mails into Sharepoint
    •Maintain existing developments in Sharepoint
    •Provide support for internal user
    •Provide support for internal Allianz customer
    •Provide trainings on demand
    •Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses
