    Job description: 
    Mazars is looking to recruit on behalf of its client, an international, integrated and independent organization and leader in the Italian market for personal hygiene products, for its office in Bucharest, a dynamic and self-driven professional suited for the position of Assistant for Key Account Manager.  
    The duration of the contract is of 12 months with possibility of prolongation of 6-12 months. The opened position is for a full-time contract. 

    An overview on the role:
    The Key Account Manager Assistant role will manage the relationship with the distributor by proving presentation, materials, organize seminars, and prepare documentations for fairs. 
    The responsibilities of the Assistant for Key Account Manager are:
    ¬ Supports the KAM in business plans, new projects, presentations, data report and monitoring;
    ¬ Helps and assist in identifying market potential;
    ¬ Helps in preparing and submitting the offers;
    ¬ Assists in negotiating and concluding contracts;
    ¬ Helps in planning contracts and conditions and in creating offers and promotions;
    ¬ Assists and helps preparing marketing events, from the beginning to the end, including training market strategy;
    ¬ Assists in managing the relationship with all entrepreneurs in chain stores;
    ¬ Strict control of the budget;
    ¬ Has strong knowledge of the brand and products;
    ¬ Manages and develops customers portfolio;
    ¬ Prepares the monthly / quarterly / yearly sales plan. 
    Your profile:
    ¬ Recent graduated with a University degree in Economics or Marketing;
    ¬ Minimum experience needed in a similar position;
    ¬ Excellent command of written and spoken English;
    ¬ Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
    ¬ A comprehensive understanding of retail and sales language;
    ¬ Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills;
    ¬ A friendly and engaging personality.
