Claims Officer with German

Minimum B2 of German– mandatory;
Fluency in English-mandatory;
Attention to details;
Used to working with targets;
Used to handling and analyzing a large amount of information;
Proactive attitude, team spirit;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Analytical thinking;
Good MS Office skills; previous experience with ticketing systems is a plus

Perform full scope of claims activities;
Conduct examination and assessment of medical claims;
Make quick decisions for processing each claim;
Execute payments;
Track information in the relevant applications;
Work together with the Medical and Fraud teams, as well as with other claims teams in Dublin;
Follow up with the clients or with other departments within AWC, in order to close the claims.
