QA Team Leader

Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing QA teams (managing at least 4 team members)
5+ years of experience in QA
Experience with testing Web applications, Mobile application and server side components.
Proven strong background in QA methodologies and tools - automation, networking, web protocols, databases, VM and cloud environments.
Experience working with complex systems (both server and client side)
Knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably Python or Java) and automation tools.
Strong Leadership skills – Ability to inspire, motivate, train and manage the team to meet high goals.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

For our business partner, a fast growing live-gaming platform Provider Company , we are seeking for a talented and highly motivated QA Team Leader to be part of a product in its new Bucharest - based offices and to build the QA team. The company is a provider of a live-dealer, live-gaming platform for online gaming operators. It has studios and subsidiaries in USA, Costa Rica, Malta, Bulgaria, and Israel.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about leadership and technology.


Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor QA team members
UI & Functional testing , black box, functional, automated regression & performance testing
Develop, implement and execute full stack tests cases.
Create automated tests using scripting language.
