    Cerinte

    • Studii superioare în domeniul economic, comunicare, psihologie sau alte domenii relevante;
    • Minim 1 an de experienta in Call center sau in agentiile de colectare reprezinta un avantaj;
    • Atitudine pozitiva, de incredere, flexibil, creativ, profesionist si cu atitudine cooperanta;
    • Bune aptitudini de negociere;
    • Focus pe atingerea rezultatelor si spirit analitic;
    • Bune cunostinte de limba Engleza si Microsoft Excel reprezinta un plus.

    Responsabilitati

    • Reprezinti banca ING in relatia directa cu clientii in vederea rezolvarii situatiei financiare;
    • Asiguri comunicarea informatiilor necesare clientilor referitoare la produsele bancii, proceduri bancare si specific cele de colectare;
    • Urmaresti in discutia cu clientii prevenirea viitoarelor situatii restante, informarea cu privire la necesitatea de a achita, beneficiile platii, modalitatile de plata, stabilirea planurilor de rambursare si a promisiunilor de plata;
    • Aplici metode de negociere cu clientul in scopul recuperarii integrale a sumelor restante;
    • Atingi targeturile individuale si de echipa, respecti termenele limita in vederea indeplinirii obiectivelor departamentului si ale bancii ING;
    • Esti implicat in raportarea anumitor indicatori de performanta la nivel departamental;
    • Pastrezi confidentialitatea privind toate conturile si politicile bancii;
    • Mentii fluxul de informare intre colegi si supervizor;
    • Oferi feed-back si solutii la timp si in mod constant cu privire la cazurile speciale intalnite in activitatea zilnica.
