IFUTURE Romania is a recruitment company part of a multinational organisation Thakral Group from Singapore. We want to be the Solution Partner, positioning as the intermediate between the potential of the labor market and the specialized staff need from our portofolio clients.

Our goal is to provide high quality recruitment and consultancy services to interested candidates of the romanian labor market, by making them take the right step forward and match goals with individual plans.

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment;
- Recruitment of foreign languages profiles or IT profiles would be a plus;
- Ability to constantly identify and engage talented candidates across multiple projects;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and interact with all levels of leadership and team members;
- Great communication skills, highly organized, and capable of patiently dealing with changing search requirements.

- Recruiting top talent as a full-cycle recruiter (from job description all the way through offering);
- Posting Job Descriptions on various online Job Boards;
- Source candidates using social media, job boards, Google search, and previous candidates from database;
- Work as candidate advocate throughout the fulfillment process;
- Create candidate profiles to present candidates to clients;
- Build rapport with candidates, not just for current openings, but for cultivating long term relationships.

We are starting a big project in Bucharest and Timisoara at the moment, but would like to develop this collaboration into a long-term partnership, to benefit both parties.
