Minim 2 year similar work experience.
Advanced MS Office user skills (MsWord, MsExcel); SAGA/ CIEL/SAP.
Windows administration skills.
Basic knowledge of:
• networking: TCP/IP
• voice and data networking standards
• hardware: laptops, printers.
Very good communication skills.
Proactive attitude, very good organizational skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Able to create technical documentation and procedures.
FSecure antivirus knowledge would be a plus.
In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
Provide technical support, both internally and on the field, related to work equipments / applications / voice and data / connections/ printer problems.
Responsible of IT asset management, software licenses management and monitoring all working stations from this point of view.
Perform software (operating systems / applications) and hardware installations on computers.
Assure preventive maintenance for outside locations.
Provide computer orientation to new employees.
