    Skills Required:

    Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts of interest.
    Strong knowledge of software testing: black box testing, functional/ non-functional testing.
    Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.
    Good knowledge in working with bug tracking tools (Jira/ IBM Rational Change or similar).
    Strong system level understanding of Automotive infotainment systems;
    Capable of tracking the team’s activity;
    Knowledge on Agile methodology, work experience in Agile project;
    Excellent communication skill;

    Nice to have:

    Good knowledge of test automation and scripting (C#, Python, Bash, CAPL or similar).
    Simulink or targetlink knowledge.
    ISTQB certification.
    Previous experience in automotive tools: CANoe, CANalyzer, Busmaster.
    Functional safety standards: ISO26262, ASPICE.
    Experience with networking protocols.

    Responsabilitati

    Estimate the test effort and team (size, skills, attitude and schedule).
    Create the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members).
    Communicate with the client or on site/ offshore team members, as required.
    Review the test cases and test data generated by the Software Test Engineers and get them to address the review comments.
    Track the new/ updated requirements in the project and modify testing artifacts accordingly.
    Determine, procure, control, maintain and optimize the test environment (hardware, software and network).
    Re-assign the testing tasks, as required.
    Track the assigned tasks with respect to the software test plan and the project schedule.
    Evaluate and identify the required test automation and test management tools.
