    Job Education and Experience Requirements:

    • First level university degree, preferably technical/IT
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business operations, IT support or IT projects environment
    • Preferably experience in pricing domain
    • Experience and knowledge in Contractual space is considered an advantage

    Responsibilities

    What will your role be?

    The Pricing Asset manager drives the alignment between different pricing software, upfront and downstream systems, in terms of capabilities design, definition of business requirements, project management and data flow control to ensure a seamless sales, partner, customer and operational experience. This position is focused on enhancing the pricing in the contractual environment. It requires strong technical skills, leadership and collaborative skills to drive virtual teams.

    Job Description & Responsibilities:
    Tool management

    • Creative thinking to improve the tools according to business needs;
    • Asses/gather business requirements from all users, locally and centrally; consolidate the information into BRD for the region (Business Requirements Documents)
    • Manage tool releases: planning, UAT, communication, training material
    • Manage tool training program: create and maintain tool training material dedicated for different user groups, deliver trainings
    • Manage tool settings to ensure proper environment for smooth execution of process
    • Define and manage proactive communication to users (performance issues, maintenance, application releases); translate IT language into terms easy to understand for the users or stakeholders
    • Define and manage communication with IT & Engineering Team; translate business and operational knowledge into IT terminology
    • Define and manage metrics to measure tool performance and impact on Operations Team
    • Define and maintain issue tracker

    Project Management:

    • Drive projects and implement tool enhancements in order to meet ongoing business objectives.
    • Manage the life cycle of the projects assigned ensuring the deadlines are achieved and day-to-day actions of the project and related tasks take place as required
    • Collaborate with operational team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements and understands business/customer impact
    • Incorporate the personal experience and knowledge to improve the general special pricing processes, to solve common and complex business issues
