    Requirements

    •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field.
    •Min. 3 years of marketing or marketing communications experience.
    •Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
    •Knowledge of packaging design, advertising trends etc.
    •Strong attitude and ability to work in a team environment, to prioritize effectively, and plan time-lines to complete important projects.
    •Creative and ”out of the box” thinking.
    •Deadline-Oriented, strong sense of prioritization.
    •Ability to leverage customer insights and be customer focused.
    •English fluent.
    •Driving license, B category preferred.

    Responsibilities

    Location: Sura Mica (Sibiu) / Bucharest.

    The role of Marketing Communication Specialist is to support the Communication Team in developing communication materials to support sales and to increase the specific brands-equity/brands awareness.
    He/she will work with the other members of the SMT and sales members in the specie/country he/she is dedicated to. Marketing Communication Specialist captures the business' and sales’ interests and presents/delivers them to the customers and to the market in the most appealing, innovative and effective way.
    He/she duties include providing support to the Product Line Managers in writing, creating and delivering marketing materials, sharing ideas or concepts to strengthen the customers experience with the brand, products and services across the local and European cluster markets.
    As a Marketing Communication Specialist he/she will be responsible for the deployment of the external and internal communications. The role will report to Marketing and Internal Communication Manager and will be part of the Communication Team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Develop external communication materials for new products, promotions, local activities (50%):
    •Develop content for marketing communication divided to ATL and BTL activities (email, direct mail, marketing collateral, press releases, website, social media, etc. ).
    •Work with external suppliers and Sales Team for the company house organs’ development.
    •Work with the specialized magazines editorial staff for the publication of advertising and articles focused on the brands and species he/she’s dedicated to.
    •Develop communication content/materials for internet.
    •Work with advertising and media agencies or internal graphic designer:
    o. on creation of adverts, brochures, packages, etc.
    o.to ensure that concept/message are completed in accordance with brief, on time and within budget.
    o.from the opening of new projects through concept development, managing creative part of project and final approval for project.
    •Co-operate with Product Line Managers/Category Managers on developing:
    o.the brief for advertising campaigns.
    o.the look and feel for brochures, catalogues, posters, flyers, etc.
    •Develop – together with Product Line Managers/Category Managers and Trade Marketing Specialist - creative ideas for promotional campaigns.
    •Close collaboration with graphic designer on all images, logos, layouts, other communication designs.
    •Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results) to help shape future communication marketing strategies.
    •Develop/adapt packaging design according to the branding strategy.
    •Develop annual communication plan for the species/country he/she is in charge of.
    •Collaborate with legal team to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance with local/EU laws (personal data, selling-lines/claims, product names).
    •Be up to date with Cargill branding guidelines, ensure correct deployment in the CFN Europe region and act as gatekeeper.

    Develop communication materials for internal use (20%) :
    •Develop communication materials for the internal Sales Team (newsletters, posters, presentations etc.) in close co-operation with Product Line Managers/Category Managers, Sales and/or global Communication Team.
    •Lead the editorial process for communication to local CFN employees (e.g. UpDate magazine by interacting with designer, translator or printer).
    •Liaise with Global CAN communication in order to translate their initiatives to CFN Europe. Collect and organize inputs contributing to storytelling related to Cargill Animal Nutrition in our region.
    •Execute internal communication strategies that drive business objectives and help build employee engagement.

    Support events, exhibitions, fairs for Dealers and customers (20%) :
    •In co-operation with the advertising, media agencies, event agencies etc. and/or the internal Graphic Designer/the Event Specialist develop concepts for exhibitions areas.
    •In co-operation with Product Line Managers/Category Manager sand Trade Marketing Specialist work on campaigns/ logos to exhibitions and events stands and locations.
    •In co-operation with the Internal Graphic Designer and with Sales develop communication elements (invitations, presentations etc.) to customers/dealers events, open days, retailers.

    Creating online campaigns for Cargill’s webpage/ Facebook/ Instagram & affiliates (10%):
    •Run e-mail marketing campaigns, able to analyze & provide reporting.
    •Content creation for Social Media & Blog, Cargill’s website.
