A multinational company specializes in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, also known as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), is looking for Jurist, with minimum 3 years experience in Commercial, Civil, International and Labor Law.
Strong knowledge about the General Data Protection Regulation and English are also required.
Analyzes and approves the existing contracts between the company and the suppliers / clients and adapts them according to the commercial and civil legislation in force and the interests of the represented company;
Analyzes the company's employees' employment contracts and proposes solutions for the smooth running of the business;
Analyzes and approves all documents provided by other departments and provides legal advice on topics exposed;
It constantly updates the information regarding the new legislative changes and provides the interested persons in the organization with the new information and implications for their activity.
