Experience in handling administrative tasks would be a plus;
Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills;
Well-organized, pro-active, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver;
Used to open space areas/transit areas;
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
Maintain company security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as sorting and distributing post and handling parcels and packages of different sizes;
Perform other tasks as required.
