Human Resources Specialist (2 year contract)

Completed or ongoing studies in human resources or related field
At least 1-year HR relevant experience (recruitment, employee engagement & retention, learning & development, or HR administration)
HR legislation knowledge is a plus
Ability to prioritize and organize own work in line with agreed HR priorities
Very good social and communication skills
Fluent in English

Offering support to employees and management in all HR related topics
Full cycle recruitment for various positions in IT
Preparing and maintaining all the employee documents
Organizing HR events and presentations, internal and external training and team events
Generating various reports for the payroll providers: monthly hours reporting, offices expenses, employee benefits and bonuses, mission orders
Keeping up to date with HR polices, updating the company’s internal regulation and managing the HR tools
