Logistics Manager - Automotive

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / technical field is an advantage);
10 years of professional experiences and minimum 3 years in a coordination position in supply chain / logistic field;
Experience in automotive industry or in international company represents an advantage;
Good understanding of production processes;
In depth knowledge of supply chain, production, customer, purchasing concepts and methods;
Demonstrate capacity to communicate efficient and in a professional manner;
Ability to develop and maintain good working relations with the team (in the department and with other departments);
Analytical skills, fast decision taking, negotiation skills;
Oriented to results and cost consciousness;
Able to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment;
Motivation, positive attitude, ability to solve problems and take initiative, perseverance;
Fluent in English is required, French represents an advantage.

Leads the activity of the supply chain department, including the warehouse and delivery;
Manages inventory and materials planning without excess inventory and respecting the targets;
Responsible for the planning, coordination and control of daily activities (planning, relation with suppliers / clients / transporters, warehouse, custom, delivery);
Manages personnel in charge of (training, communication, motivation, development) in order to maintain motivation and involvement and for reaching the company objectives and strategy;
Ensures the implementation, application and respect of supply chain policy, procedures, flows and working standards (both legal and internal ones);
Controls and improves continuously all physical and information flows (internally and externally);
Measures the supply chain performance through the key performance indicators and ensure the company objectives are met;
Ensures the conformity of customer requirements – time, quantity, quality, cost;
Is actively involved from and for supply chain aspects in the launch of new projects;
Participates to legal / customer / third parties audits;
