At least 1 year experience as a dispatcher/related field
English – proficient level
Ability to identify and constructively make recommendations regarding operational improvements
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Sound system compatibility knowledge is a plus
Flexibility to work day/afternoon shift
Based on a daily report, you will work your assigned task to ensure that the customer communication is facilitated through their 3P system
You have to prioritize based on client status, urgency of their issue and SLA. Most of your clients are international retail chains, which are very specific about their requirements
You will provide updates, submit proposals and validate paperwork as part of the service process for each client assigned to you
You will submit equipment orders based on their system specifications
You will have to communicate with the dispatcher and technician of that assigned ticket to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to our customers
You will work with several platforms to update our clients through their 3P tickets
You will work with colleagues to ensure accuracy of information and updates in a timely manner
