•Technical Bachelor degree;
•Project Manager mindset and abilities;
•English – advanced (written and verbal);
•Process/ Production engineering background of minimum 3 years;
•Proactive attitude;
•Excellent communicator.

•Makes assembly proposals considering the launch engineering requirements, as well as the customer’s specifications;
•Develops, along with the suppliers, auxiliary devices necessary for the assembly process;
•Follows up the implementation of assembly equipment and validates their functioning in the workshop;
•Develops the work instructions for the rework activities;
•Supervises the process up to Start Of Production;
•Contributes to the evolution of assembly practices.
