Key competencies required

Display numerical skills;
Effective verbal, listening and written communications skills;
Capacity to conduct drill-down analytical investigations;
Knowledge of banking industry - more than 2 years;
Proficient computer skills Excel, Word, Power point;
English language - written and spoken;
Previous experience with ERP tools for OPEX monitoring is a plus

Role Requirements

Monitors the evolution of the company’s financial results;
Monitoring and analyzes vast volume of data in order to explain the root causes behind company’s performance;
P&L items allocations at business units and branch network level;
Manage the bank’s ERP system that monitors Operational Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenses (CAPEX).
Assure the accuracy of data within the application;
Use the ERP to allocate the costs of the organization per cost centers, understand the reasons for the bank’s costs and monitor predefined KPIs in order to rank cost centers; Prepare regular and special controlling  reports.
Perform complex checks/analysis and build specific MIS reports.
