Requirements:
Good knowledge of technical roles and IT skills and ability to learn technical information about new technologies;
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, colleagues involved in the recruitment process and hiring managers from the customer;
You are proficient in social media recruiting;
You are self–motivating, creative and able to organize your work;
You have a result oriented attitude;
You can communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
The recruiter position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for IT positions throughout the company. This position must possess minimum skills in sourcing candidates in the IT industry and basic understanding of the and employment state laws and practices.
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to attract the best professionals, to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (online sourcing and networking through social media, internal database, job boards, user groups, company targets, referrals etc.);
You will use your talent sourcing/research skills to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates with a heavy focus on passive candidates;
Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization;
Screen applicants;
Build solid working relationships with candidates and colleagues;
Reviews weekly report on employment activity with recruitment manager;
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers such as benefits, compensation, etc.;
Assist HR department with any clerical duties, if needed;
Other Talent Acquisition duties as deemed necessary.
