    • Oferirea de suport clientilor unei comunitati online (activitate de back-office / ticketing)
    • Asistenta clientilor interrnationali ai potentialului nostru partener, o comunitate online care permite utilizatorilor sa vanda, cumpere sau schimbe haine si accesorii second hand
    • Analiza si interpretarea cerintelor clientilor, utilizarea sistemelor informatice specifice proiectului, respectand indicatorii de calitate si eficienta
