Fluency in English
Microsoft Office skills
3 years of experience in Recruitment (mass-recruitment, specialist and middle management positions)
Ideally previous experience in a multinational environment and/or recruitment agencies
A mature person with a high level of adaptability and ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Planning and organizational skills
Creative and solution-oriented person
Coordinates end to end recruitment processes for open roles
Identifies suitable candidates using different searching techniques (including head-hunting, networking, social media)
Posts job ads on internal and external platforms
Conducts phone, Skype and face-to-face interviews
Assess candidates using organizational tools
Maintains the relationship with the Hiring Managers through-out the recruitment process
Handles the offering process in the hiring of the candidate
Keeps the correspondence with the selected candidates and offers feedback to candidates
Reports, maintain the databases and recruitment reports up-to-date
Manages the entire induction process of new employees
Provides various statistics and recommendations related to recruitment trends and challenges
Participates at other HR Projects (talent management, assessment centers, etc.)
