As part of the Local Staffing Team within the Recruitment Department, the IT Recruiter acts as an internal head-hunting agency for the Allianz Operating Entities and will handle end to end recruitment processes with a focus on direct search of best talent for the assigned roles, covering various areas of expertise and seniority levels.
•University degree in psychology, business administrations or comparable
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a plus)
•Excellent Microsoft Office skills (eg. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•Previous experience in Recruitment with focus on Research, Active Sourcing and Headhunting techniques
•Good understanding of IT industry
•Ideally previous experience in a corporate environment or Recruitment Agency
•Customer focused attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills
•Self-starter, quick learner mentality and team player spirit
•Spanish language – advantage
•Experience on the local Spanish market – advantage
•Participates in customer briefing meetings as kick start point in the Recruitment Projects (clarify key points of desired profile, timeframe and process steps)
•Identifies target companies in the required area of expertise and elaborates a company long list
•Identifies suitable candidates in the target companies, according to the desired profile
•Uses head-hunting and direct search techniques (research, networking) in order to track suitable candidates
•Uses various online tools and data bases in the search and selection process
•Posts job ads on internal and external job-boards
•Prepares the candidate long list and presents the report to the customer for validation or profile calibration
•Conducts phone interviews, prepares the interview report and presents it to the customer
•Keeps all the necessary correspondence with the selected candidates and offers feedback to candidates regarding their application to the open positions;
•Reporting and maintaining client communication
•Involved in promoting the service to clients locally and/or at on-site Allianz OEs
•Ad-hoc reporting, maintaining of databases and reports up-to-date;
