    Cerinte

    - Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs de finalizare;
    - Experienta in domeniul Customer Service;
    - Experienta pe un post similar: 6-12 luni;
    - Limba Engleza – nivel mediu;
    - MS Office – nivel mediu;
    - Orientare catre nevoile clientilor;
    - Capacitate de organizare si prioritizare a sarcinilor primite;
    - Abilitati de comunicare;
    - Atentie la detalii.

    Responsabilitati

    Rol: Asigura activitatea de suport pentru vanzarea in regim retail prin intermediul dispozitivelor Fill & Go (carduri si inele) in reteaua de statii Rompetrol.

    Responsabilitati:

    - Opereaza baza de clienti de tip Fill&Go Business si Personal, pe baza cererilor primite de la clienti sau alte departamente din cadrul companiei;
    - Opereaza in sistemele informatice comenzile legate de dispozitivele Fill&Go: carduri/ Ring-uri/ Easy Ring -uri, GPS: inlocuire, anulare, comanda noua, reemitere PIN pentru carduri;
    - Opereaza in sistemele informatice (SAP, Billing) modificarile de restrictii la alimentare lunare, saptamanale, zilnice, la nivel de vehicul, solicitate de clienti;
    - Prelucreaza cardurile Fill&Go retinute in statii si retransmiterea acestora sau anularea lor;
    - Inregistreaza in sistemele informatice solicitarile clientilor;
    - Ofera informatii clientilor si fortei de vanzari cu privire la status-ul clientilor din baza de date si informatiile aferente conturilor si dipozitivelor acestora;
    - Gestioneaza si redirectioneaza solicitarile primite catre departamentele abilitate sa le solutioneze.
