Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must
Good MS Office skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Customer oriented with commercial awareness

Team player attitude with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Support the Development team printing the contracts and other related documents
Archiving and inventorying the existing development department files.
Keeping an evidence regarding the store’s existing authorizations and fire permits.
Maintaining the relationship and correspondence with the landlords
Managing and updating the pipeline. Keep all interested parties updated regarding the status of the new openings
Responsible for clean and decent look of the office (business casual clothes, clean office area). Does daily office check to make sure it's ready for regular and smooth operations.
Conducts high level information flow and customer care within the organization (answering and transferring phone calls, arranging incoming and outgoing correspondence, receiving and accommodating guests etc.) according to internal procedures.
Coordinates documents flow - organize invoice flow, sends properly described and prepared invoices to accounting department in specified range of duties and costs centers
Coordinates travel and accommodation for RST and OPS in line with internal policies and procedures. Achieves maximum cost efficiency.
Supports group meetings in conference rooms in the office. Coordinates reservations at outside providers.
Assist Regional Director, settling travels with accounting after they are finished (costs, invoices, allowances etc.)
Securing assets: Reserves, keeps, registers and gives out projectors, gps's, poolcars' documents and keys, keys of business apartments and office facilities and other company assets.
Supports RST employees with office activities (printing, scanning and copying of larger amounts of documents, etc.) when needed.
