    Requirements

    1. Fluent English (both written & verbal)
    2. Minimum 2 years in a similar position
    3. Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
    4. Good planning and organization skills
    5. Initiative, good team skills and flexible personality
    6. Positive, problem solving attitude
    7. Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

    Responsibilities

    2. Office maintenance overview and problem solving
    3. Ordering supplies for the office (water, coffee, milk, paper, cleaning products, promotional materials, printer tonner and so on)
    4. Overviewing activity of the cleaning ladies
    5. Protocol activities
    6. Procurement activities
    7. Checking for plane tickets & accommodation for relocation employees
    8. Keeping track of docs needed by/for the accountancy company (invoices, contracts and other)
    9. Arranging meetings for executive management
    10. Perform various administrative tasks as assigned
