Logistics Specialist with English

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal, written, and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail;
- Proven task management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, have a sense of urgency and know how to prioritize workload;
- Must have excellent organizational and follow up skills;
- Must be a goal oriented team player and be adaptable in a fast paced, changing environment;
- Advanced in English language;
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in other Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities:

- Operational expertise in handling multiple freight quotes across providers and modes;
- Collaborate with the provider to ensure service level metrics are met;
- Support data collection and execution for optimized service and cost outcome;
- Upload and maintain service providers information in application;
- Track projects and report progress;
- Assist with resolution of freight payment discrepancies;
- Provide the bidding summary results in a timely manner and communicate the status via SharePoint;
- Flexibility to cross train and learn other logistics team functions.
