-Excellent (equal native) German skills & fluency in English
-Previous phone acquisition experience in the consulting branch would be a plus
-Good customer care skills
-Excellent communication skills: strong phone presence
-Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
Sales Support activities
-Customer Cold Calls acquisition based on current topics, marketing actions and events
-Contact, Opportunity and Activity Management in CRM at Account or Segment level
-Marketing Campaign support:
-Project manage preparation, implementation, follow-up
-Pre- and post-event activities with CRM tracking
-Call prospects or existing clients based on marketing campaign actions
-Prospect/client calls preparation: prepare the schedule, manage the client database, prepare introductory information, schedule the calls
-Maintain accurate information in our tracking tools
-Research (internal/external sources)
