At least 1 year of sales and/or internal account management experience ideally in the IT and B2B market place.
Fluent in English
Knowledge of IT environments and IT services is a plus
Good listening and communication skills
Ability to be detailed, precise, methodical and persistent
Contact all leads coming from events to validate their needs and in case interest book meetings for Sales team to present Stefanini Solutions.
Work with a pre-set of emails and documents to be adapted accordingly to vertical and service we want to put forward if applicable.
Securing and understanding the business and core goals of the prospects as well as their strategies if possible.
Record all the data the CRM system and ensure that the quality of data captured maintains a very high standard of accuracy and cleanliness
Stefanini is looking for a sales executive that will be mainly responsible for validating leads coming out of Stefanini’s participation to events in order to uncover leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
The role is predominantly email outbound focused however you will also be required to do some following up call actions. In addition to the lead validation aspect you will need to secure the Internal CRM system – Salesforce.com – is updated accordingly.
This role can evolve over time in a Business Development Executive position.
