A global organization provides support and delivers services using these leading technologies.
Technical University degree – preferable in engineering or economic field
2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in heavy industry and experience in project management
PMI or PMP certificate
English language – advanced level
Computer skills: MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems – SAP Advantage
Ability to assess project risks and exposures; identify options and alternatives, make decisions, and implement corrective actions
Understand and balance technical issues/solutions with time, cost, and human factors
Hold contract reviews and understand the project’s contractual requirements and ensure the project team adheres to them; managing any contractual disputes with the Customer
Transitions between inter-company groups during the different stages of a project (hand-over meetings)
Risk assessment, documentation, communication and mitigation, and where necessary, escalating issues and responding to changes
Full responsibility for the project P&L as bid and budgeted including management, identification, and execution of improvements to the P&L
On-time delivery of the projects scope of supply for equipment and services as defined by customer purchase orders and internal sales orders
Manage the project cash milestones to achieve the budgeted cash flow
Deliver on-time all internal and external project reporting
Clearly defining and communicating the scope of supply within the Company
Identifying team member roles and responsibilities during the project life cycle and manage the internal dynamics of the project team
Managing the Sales Order within the Company
Overall management of the project schedule including direct management of the critical path items
Develop effective working relationship with Customers, being the central point of contact within the company, escalating issues to senior manager as required
Identify project changes to the original scope, document and manage the change according to internal procedures
Participate in departmental improvement projects, proactively highlight areas for improvement
Provide input in preparing the department budget and follow up the financial target (budget, forecast, estimation) for departmental expense
Delegate appropriate tasks to project coordinators; monitor and approve completion of those task
