Regional Transport Planner

Personnel Outsourcing, companie de recrutare si leasing de personal, de 10 ani pe piata din Romania cu doua branch-uri la nivel national ( Bucuresti / Brasov), suntem o companie intr-o constanta dezvoltare in domeniul resurselor umane integrate.

• Experience in transport planning area minimum 1 year, intermodal transport is a big plus;
• Knowledge of geography in European countries like Italy, France, Germany, Belgium and transport legislation;
• Knowledge of customs documentation (CMR);
• Knowledge of the driving laws, transport permits, laws and rules;
• Good knowledge of English language is a must;
• Good knowledge of German/French/Italian language in addition;
• Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook etc.);
• Problem solving and result oriented personality;
• Availability for working in shifts;
• Perseverant, organized and able to establish priorities.

• Develop and coordinate all transport activities in the assigned region;
• Responsible for the transportation processes: scheduling, on-time deliveries, equipment availability, customer service notifications, communications to carriers, internal customers, management.
• Responsible for optimizing all pickups and deliveries within an assigned geographic dispatch territory in order to exceed customer service expectations and maximize dray savings
• Directing and instructing drivers according the requirements of the transportation
• Motivating drivers to carry out their job as correct, conscientious and efficient as possible;
• Monitoring driving routes and refueling points;
• Monitor driving and rest periods, holiday planning and training/medical check of drivers;
• Analysis of all variables that go into making optimal routing and carrier selections.
• Responsible for daily tracking and tracing reports as identified by management.
